at our facility in Long Beach, California. We also do custom
designs. We will carve new patterns to your specifications or
reproduce any patterns you may have. We offer skilled craftsmanship
and quality materials. Many wood species are available to choose
from. |

| Prepaid or C.O.D.
- we accept VISA, MasterCard & American Express. Special
orders require a 50% deposit and the balance is prepaid or C.O.D. |

| Ordering |
| We stock items in:
red oak, alder & poplar. Other species are available for
special orders; cherry, walnut, mahogany, white oak, maple hard
and soft and more. The prices will be quoted and the lead times
will vary. We will be glad to check stock for you, however our
inventory changes daily so stock may change from the day of
inquiry. Fax quotes or fax ordering is encouraged for faster
service. |

| Shipping |
| All in stock orders
will ship within 5 working days or less. Out of stock items
will ship within 3 to 4 weeks. Lead time on any special orders
will be quoted. We ship using UPS Ground-Trac. You may specify
UPS 3rd, 2nd or Next Day Air. All shipping charges will be added
to your invoice. Larger orders requiring a common carrier will
be shipped freight collect. Orders shipping out of the U.S.,
are subject to brokerage and custom fees. If an order is refused
after shipping, you will be charged for the freight and handling.

| Returns |
| You must have return authorization in order to
receive credit. You may be subject to a 20% restocking or handling
charge on returns. No credit will be issued on items damaged
due to improper packaging upon return. No returns will be accepted
after 45 days. Without exception, NO credit on special orders
will be given. |

| Warranty |
| Liability will not exceed the replacement cost of the
product. Any defects must be reported to us upon receipt of
merchandise and prior to installation. All wood products must
be maintained at a stable temperature and humidity for any warranty
to apply. It is essential to maintain wood stability by prompt
sealing and finishing. We do not recommend our products for
exterior use, unless you have specified for exterior use at
the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to make
design modifications and price adjustments without notice if
necessary. |
